I am also an out of network provider with Aetna and UHC. I will bill your insurance directly and you may be required to pay a small co-pay or cost share fee.
Please note that consults are offered in person at my discretion based on schedule, distance, and availability. A $35 deposit may be required to hold an appointment for self-pay patients, which will be applied to your total balance. I can provide you with a superbill upon request. A travel charge may also apply*

A complete mom and baby assessment is done at every initial consult. After reviewing your goals and initial intake form, some of the things that we can discuss are:
latching and positioning
infant weighted feed
milk supply concerns
bottle feeding issues/questions
pumping and back to work plans
introducing solids
oral ties
breast or nipple pain
Consulting Packages:
It is my experience that within a year, a new mother will request anywhere from 3-4 lactation support sessions. I often recommend at least 2 visits to allow for an initial and a follow up. Bundle packages allow for a discount in addition to being assured that you will have continuous care throughout your 1st year with your baby. Feeding during milestones, leaps and transitions can be a challenge! If you want to inquire about adding more sessions to a package, please reach out!

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Speech-Language Pathologist, I am qualified to provide breastfeeding consultations, education, resources, and support, as well as information and diagnosis/treatment regarding infant oral structures, feeding, swallowing, and language development. On a case by case basis, I could also recommend various other providers such as pediatric dentists, pediatric ENTs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Craniosacral Therapists, or Nutritionists/Dietitians depending on the individual situation. Remember, it takes a village.
